[Edit: NOW CLOSED] Endless Space 2 Redemption FAQ

From the Community home screen, click the banner to sign up for our newsletter.

If you have logged in but do not see the option to opt into the newsletter, then please click here to opt in.

You can also access this screen by selecting your username in the top right corner and navigating to Settings and then Newsletter.

Click Activate to opt-in to our newsletter.

When you see this option change to "Active," you do not need to click it again. This indicates that you have opted into the newsletter.

From here, you will be able to claim your copy of Endless Space 2 from your Rewards page.

If you cannot see Endless Space 2 in the rewards section, make sure you have opted into our newsletter by following the steps above and activating it here.

You will need to link your Steam account before you can redeem your reward. (If you have played either of the Pre-Alphas for Company of Heroes 3, you will need to re-link your Steam account.)

You will see the button to link your steam account on the Rewards page. Please see the bottom of the image below.

You can also link your Steam account from your profile settings. Click G2G Connect in your settings to see this option.

If you encounter an error linking your Steam account, please try the following:

• Try singing out of the forums and logging in once more.
• Try a different browser or incognito mode.
• Disable your adblocker extensions or whitelist these sites:
  • companyofheroes.com
  • sso.relic.com
  • steamcommunity.com
• Enable third-party cookies
• If using incognito mode, make sure to turn off any third-party cookie blocking.

• Sign in to Steam via the web. https://store.steampowered.com/login/
• Try opting in to the Newsletter once more by visiting your Settings.

Once your Steam account is linked, you should be able to redeem your reward!

Double check your Steam Library and search for Endless Space 2.

If the game is still not appearing in your Steam Library, please quit and restart Steam.

If you are encountering errors when trying to redeem Endless Space 2, you may already have the game in your library, or it may not be available in your region.
